Inter Milan thrashed Lecce 4-0 over the weekend for a tenth win in a row across all competitions as Simone Inzaghi’s men established a nine-point lead. At the Serie A summit with a game in hand. That victory made it a whopping average of 2.5 goals per match this league campaign. And was also the first time since October 1947. That the Nerazzurri have won three successive top-flight games while scoring 4+ goals each time.

Another three points here will not only extend Inter’s lead at the top of the table. But also make it a fourth consecutive league win over Atalanta for the first time since a six-match run between 1997 and 2001.
